What If I Can't Be There For My Closing Appointment?

As there is a tremendous amount of paperwork prepared in advance of the closing, it is important that we be advised as early as possible of the date of

your proposed settlement if it differs from the one called for in your purchase agreement. The requirements for review of the preliminary paperwork

vary greatly from lender to lender.  If there are real estate agents involved in your transaction, they will normally handle the scheduling and

coordinating of the settlement date and time with our office. Appointments are scheduled consecutively and tightly; therefore, it is important that you

arrive on time for your scheduled settlement.
